14 Day Return Policy

All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. We want you to love your new jewelry but we are happy to accept your return.  You must contact our customer service representative to initiate the return process. We will then email you a return shipping label. All returns must be insured and must contain the original or a copy of the packing slip along with any certificates that came with the purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

You must contact customer service to initiate a refund or cancellation. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
